To connect Claude to WordPress, install the free Royal MCP plugin from WordPress.org, copy your MCP endpoint URL from WP Admin → Royal MCP → Settings, and add it as a custom connector in Claude (Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector). Claude opens an OAuth prompt from your WordPress site, you click Authorize once, and Claude can then read, write, and manage your site through 200+ MCP tools. Works in Claude Desktop, Claude.ai web, and Claude Code CLI.
Install the free Royal MCP plugin from WordPress.org and activate it. In WP Admin → Royal MCP → Settings, confirm the Enable toggle is on and copy your MCP endpoint URL:
In Claude Desktop or Claude.ai web: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. Give it a name, paste your MCP endpoint URL, click Add, then click Connect.
