Within a minute or two of completing checkout, you'll receive two automated emails from support@royalplugins.com. Both are important — keep them for your records.
Your order confirmation. Contains your order number, the items you purchased, and your license key(s). If you bought multiple plugins, each one has its own license key listed in this email. Save this email — your license keys are also stored in your member account, but having them in your inbox is a useful backup.
Your account credentials for my.royalplugins.com. Contains an auto-generated username (it'll look something like firstname.lastname-1234 — that's normal, not a typo) and a link to set your password. You'll use this account to download plugins, view your licenses, and manage your activated sites.
support@royalplugins.com in your email client so future emails (license renewals, plugin update notices, support replies) reach your inbox reliably. Royal Plugins does not offer guest checkout — every purchase creates a member account, even for free plugins downloaded from this site.
First-time customer walkthrough
Seven steps from "I just bought a plugin" to "the plugin is installed, licensed, and ready to use." Should take about 5 minutes end-to-end.
Check your inbox for two emails
Look for the order confirmation and account creation emails described above — both from support@royalplugins.com. If you don't see them within 10 minutes, see the troubleshooting section below.
Set your account password
Click the "Set your password" link in the account creation email, or use the lost password page to send yourself a fresh reset link. Choose a password you'll remember — you'll need it every time you download a plugin or view your license keys.
Log into your member account
Sign in at my.royalplugins.com/my-account with your auto-generated username (or the email address you used at checkout) and the password you just set.
Copy your license key
Go to the Licenses tab and copy the key for the plugin you purchased. Each plugin has its own license key — if you bought a bundle, you'll see one key per plugin in the bundle.
Download the plugin zip
Go to the Downloads tab and download the .zip file for your plugin. Keep the file as-is — WordPress will install it directly from the zip; you don't need to unzip it first.
Upload and activate on your WordPress site
In your WordPress admin: Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, select the zip file you just downloaded, click Install Now, then Activate. The plugin's menu will appear in your WordPress sidebar.
Enter your license key
Open the newly-activated plugin's settings page (look for its menu item in the WordPress sidebar) and find the License tab or settings section. Paste the license key from step 4, click Activate License, and you're done — the plugin is now licensed, will receive automatic updates, and your priority support is active.
Didn't receive your emails?
If 10 minutes have passed since checkout and you don't see either email, work through this list. The first three steps resolve about 90% of "missing email" reports.
- Check Promotions, Spam, and Junk folders. Gmail especially tends to file transactional emails under the Promotions tab; Outlook and Yahoo sometimes route them to Junk on first arrival from a new sender.
- Search your inbox for "Royal Plugins" across all folders. Some mail clients route emails based on rules you may have forgotten about, or filter them into hidden subfolders.
- Try a password reset. Go to my.royalplugins.com/my-account/lost-password and submit the email address you used at checkout. If you get a reset email, your account exists and our system can reach your inbox — meaning the original two emails were filtered somewhere. Use the reset link to set a password and skip directly to your member account.
- Confirm the email address on your order. A typo at checkout (`gmial.com` instead of `gmail.com`, etc.) sends emails to a wrong address that you'll never see. Contact us with your name, the date of your order, and the email you intended to use — we'll look it up and re-send.
- Whitelist
support@royalplugins.comin your email client. Most providers let you add an address to a Safe Senders or Allowed list; doing this before troubleshooting further saves time on future emails too. - Still nothing? Contact support with your order number (if you have one) or the email address you used at checkout. We'll look up the order manually and re-send both emails directly.
Licensing FAQ
Common questions about licenses, activations, and your member account.
Where do I find my license key?
You will find your license key inside your member account after purchase. License keys are also included in your order confirmation email.
How do I activate my license?
After you upload and activate the plugin on your WordPress site, there will be a License page in the plugin's menu. Simply enter your license key there and click Activate.
How many sites can I activate?
The number of site activations depends on the license type you purchased. Different license tiers (Single, Multi, Developer, Agency) have different activation limits. You can view your remaining activations in your member account.
How do I transfer or deactivate a license?
Go to the License page within the plugin on the site you want to deactivate and click Deactivate. You can also manage your activated sites from your member account. Once deactivated, your available activation count will be restored.
What if my license isn't working?
First, make sure you don't have any extra characters or empty spaces copied with your license key (try typing it out manually). If you're getting a specific error code like "license expired" or "max sites reached," the message should explain the issue. If it still doesn't work, contact our support team for assistance.
