Connected Sites Dashboard

Royal MCP Pro-specific notes on the Connected Sites view. The full walkthrough — how to reach the view, what each column shows, how to remotely deactivate — is centralized because it's identical for every Royal Plugins Pro plugin.

Full dashboard walkthrough — applies to every Royal Plugins Pro plugin

The complete walkthrough (how to reach the view, five-column layout, "Last seen" health signal, telling similar sites apart, remote deactivation flow, empty state, common questions) is centralized at Licensing → Connected Sites Dashboard →. This page adds only what's specific to spotting Royal MCP Pro seats in that view.

Spotting Royal MCP Pro seats in the dashboard

Identifying Royal MCP Pro rows

On the Connected Sites view, each row's Plugin column shows the product name. Rows for Royal MCP Pro will display Royal MCP Pro along with the plugin version currently running on that site. Version is refreshed on every daily license check-in, so a stale version on a row means that site hasn't checked in recently.

Reshuffling seats across your Royal MCP Pro installs

The Connected Sites view aggregates seats across every Royal Plugins license on your account. If you have a Professional or Agency tier of Royal MCP Pro plus, say, SiteVault Pro or ForgeCache on the same account, all their activations appear in the same table. Filter by the Plugin column visually to find your Royal MCP Pro rows.

What Royal MCP Pro data stays on a remotely-deactivated site

Remote deactivation from the dashboard frees the seat on the licensing server, but the site's local Pro data stays intact:

  • Audit Log rows
  • Endpoint Profiles
  • Undo store table
  • Pro-tier settings

If you later re-license that site, all Pro features resume as they were. Nothing is deleted server-side or locally by the deactivation.

Still Stuck? Two-Step Support Path

If the Connected Sites view isn't matching what you expect for your Royal MCP Pro seats, work through these two steps in order.

Step 1: Cross-check on My Account

On My Account → Licenses, confirm:

  • Your Royal MCP Pro license shows Active (not Expired or Cancelled)
  • The activation count on the license row matches what you see on the Connected Sites view for Royal MCP Pro rows
  • The site you're troubleshooting is (or is not) present in the sites list — either state is a valid data point

Step 2: Email priority support

Email support@royalplugins.com from your purchase email address. Priority email support is included with every Pro license — typical response within 24 hours. Never include your license key in email; we look it up from your purchase address.

What to include in your email
  • Which tier (Personal / Professional / Agency)
  • What the Licenses tab shows for the Royal MCP Pro activation count
  • How many Royal MCP Pro rows the Connected Sites view actually displays
  • The site URL you're expecting to see (or expecting to have disappeared) and what state it's in on the site itself (activated / deactivated / uninstalled / offline)
  • Any recent changes — did you just deactivate somewhere else, restore from backup, migrate hosts, change domain, etc.
  • Screenshot of the Licenses tab showing the Royal MCP Pro row
  • Screenshot of the Connected Sites view showing the current state
