Common pricing questions

What does the Personal Founder rate get me?
A Personal license locked at whatever Founder rate is live when you check out, for as long as your subscription stays active. Every future Pro release is included at that rate — no upgrade fees when new tools ship. Founder rates apply to Personal and Agency only; Professional ships at its standard price.
Which tier should I pick?
Personal if you run AI on your own site. Professional if you manage 2-5 client sites and want a single license covering all of them. Agency if you run AI across a portfolio of 6-100 sites and need priority support + per-site analytics. Same tool surface across all three — the difference is site cap, support level, and a few Agency-only additions.
What happens at renewal?
Subscriptions renew annually at the price you signed up at. Whichever Founder or standard rate is on your subscription stays put — no escalation at renewal. Cancel any time from your account.
Can I upgrade or downgrade tiers later?
Yes. Upgrade from Personal → Professional or Professional → Agency any time from your account. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. If you're on a Personal Founder rate and add Professional or Agency later, your Personal rate stays locked.
What if I need more than 100 sites?
Agency caps at 100 sites — beyond that is an enterprise conversation. Email hello@royalplugins.com with a rough site count and use-case; we'll scope custom pricing.
Is there a refund policy?
30-day money-back guarantee on every tier. If Royal MCP Pro isn't a fit, we refund — no questions asked.
Do I lose Free tier features if I pay for Pro?
No. Royal MCP Pro is one plugin install that bundles everything in Royal MCP Free plus 50+ additional Pro tools. When Pro is licensed, the Free plugin auto-deactivates — you run one plugin, not two. All Free-tier tools stay available at every Pro tier.
What happens to pricing after Founder seats fill?
Founder rates rotate to standard pricing as seats fill. Whichever price is live in the pricing widget on the Pro landing page when you check out is the price you pay — and the price you renew at. Founder buyers keep their locked rate at renewal.
Is it a subscription or a one-time purchase?
Annual subscription. You keep access to updates, support, and every future Pro release as long as your subscription is active. Cancel any time. If your subscription lapses, the plugin keeps working on the version you last had — you just stop getting updates and new tools until you renew.
