Repeater
A container that holds nested sub-fields; the visitor clicks “Add Row” to add copies at fill-in time. Nine sub-field types (Text, Paragraph, Email, Number, Phone, Date, Dropdown, Radio, Checkbox). Configurable min / max rows and custom button labels.
